THEY SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT!

To create a truly inclusive and equitable society, it is crucial to have women of color represented in politics. Their unique perspectives, experiences, and leadership skills are invaluable. Women of color, particularly Black women, are among the most educated demographics, earning a significant proportion of Bachelor's Degrees (64.1%), Master's Degrees (71.5%), and doctoral, medical, and dental degrees (65.9%). Their voices can challenge systemic biases, advocate for marginalized communities, and promote policies that address intersecting oppressions. Their political representation can lead to more understanding of various communities' diverse needs and aspirations, thereby driving substantial social progress and justice. Their impressive educational achievements and diverse perspectives undeniably position them as high-value contributors to the political landscape.
